The desirable North end of Anna Maria and a peaceful canal front setting make this beautiful home a perfect vacation getaway! Gladiolus on the Water was recently renovated and re-designed. Enjoy new furnishings and fresh paint, all tied together with a festive and tropical theme! The convenient ground level layout accommodates up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room with a comfortable couch and oversized chair to lounge offers plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy family time. Watch TV on the flat screen and keep connected with free Wi-Fi after a day on the beach or the boat! The pool area invites for more leisure activities.

Enjoy your private pool out back, fish off your dock, and relax by the pool. Stroll or bike to the Rod & Reel Pier, to shopping and to restaurants! Walk to the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets. The quiet, residential neighborhood makes this a wonderful island getaway!  
  
The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.  
  
There are three parking spaces designated for this property. Parking trailers, large trucks, or RV will need approval.  
  
  
This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August-January. Other months require manager approval.  
  
A Ring video camera installed to monitor the driveway area.  
  
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

#### More beautiful than the weather

We arrived during Tropical Storm Debby. The house was our refuge during the storm. It was the perfect size for us (family of 4). The house was clean and the property was well maintained. We felt at home here and enjoyed all the different artwork throughout the house. We LOVED eating in the dining area with the huge glass doors. We really enjoyed the pool, especially since the ocean was too rough to swim in. We rented kayaks and enjoyed fishing in the canal. On day 3 a garbage truck ran over the water line, so we had no water. I called the property and someone was there within the 1/2 hour. Wonderful service. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here on our next visit to AMI.

#### Great house needs updated appliances

The house was great and the location fabulous! However, the house was poorly stocked with old appliances. The blender barely worked and they wouldn’t replace it. Overall the house was perfect but they need to update the blender and appliances. The toaster kept lighting our bread on fire and the pots are all scratched.

The house needs a few updates-beds are not super comfortable and we were missing a few pillows, but the location was fantastic and the view plus the canal made it worth it! Would have been helpful to know there were a few bikes prior to renting them for the week but all in all, it was a great week!
