Cottage 112 of the charming Anna Maria Beach Cottages is a 3 bed/2 bath standalone vacation home with a bonus bedroom on Oak Avenue, just three houses from the beach. This cottage was recently redecorated with beachy chic décor for a bright and cheerful atmosphere throughout. For soaking up the sunshine and fresh Florida air, there’s a beautiful deck just off the dining room with a table for four under the vine covered trellis. Featuring a full kitchen, separate dining area, spacious living room, two full bathrooms, and a private charcoal grill, you’ll have everything you need for a fun-filled and comfortable stay. Enjoy room for a group of up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a bonus sleeping room. The master bedroom includes a king bed with a TV and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, also with a TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. The bonus sleeping room has two twin beds offering even more options for alternate sleeping arrangements. In the master bathroom, there’s a spacious walk-in shower. And the guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, perfect for groups with small children. The beach is very close with easy access. The beach was much less crowded than the more accessible public beaches. It was a short walk to shopping and several restaurants. The pool was heated and we used it every day of our stay. The unit was very functional and comfortable for our group of 7\. A great unit for a family vacation. ##### carnes m. We loved our stay and were very impressed with the communication and kindness of the rental company. The cottage is so cute and we had plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a fire stick for tv’s as they are not smart tvs. Also, we could not get in touch with anyone about laundry. Nice property on a short, quiet, dead-end street that leads directly onto beach. Beach is incredible, best sand I have ever experienced. Property is within walking distance to all restaurants on the island. Island is uniquely NOT overbuilt. Quite quaint with small local businesses (NO chains) and single family homes. ##### john t.
