It was so clean- had a private area with a master, a bedroom/kitchen office and its own bathroom across the back deck. The front porch area was so nice to sit on as well. The kitchen was fully stocked which I loved because I love to cook on vacation! We loved playing poker with the family (they had a poker set and a game set). The pool was great as well- it doesn’t get super warm but it was warm enough. Would def stay again!! ##### Anna W. By far the best beach house we’ve stayed in. This is our 7th-8th consecutive year staying at a beach house in Florida (2nd in Anna Maria specifically) and this house surpassed our expectations. The house layout and room sizes were amazing, the closeness to the beach was great, they had a beach chairs, a cart, beach toys. The umbrellas were both broken but not a dealbreaker. The division between the master bedroom and the rest of the house was very nice. The covered pool was comfortable although the pool had wayyy too many chemicals the whole week we were there (but again, not a dealbreaker). Management (Ruth) was very nice and responsive to all my questions and we were even allowed to check in a couple hours early. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels, bed sheets, bed covers, etc. cleanliness was not immaculate but fine for a beach house that was going to get dirty the first day anyways. ##### Marly Stayed 5 nights in Jun 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Gail A. There were 7 girls staying at the house and it was perfect! We enjoyed the pool but it was a little cool even though we paid extra for it to be heated. The location was excellent since it was right across the street from the beach and the Sandbar! The kitchen was well equipped! Only problem we had was the microwave quit working the day we got there! There was a 2nd one in the master bedroom and bath that we were able to use! We also discovered we only had 1 garbage bag so be sure and bring some! Dish soap and paper products were plentiful but there is no soap or shampoo etc supplied in the bathrooms! You just never know for sure what you are gonna need ! The pool was very big and amazing. We loved our stay for the most part. Just a few things that disappointed us: The towels were thin and old. The floors were pretty dirty. Especially the grout in the kitchen. One of the toilets was not clean despite the sanitize strip on it. The sheets were microfiber. They were very hot. The pillows were not very nice. Only a few dishwasher pods were provided. We left a bag of pods there for the next guests. Overall I think the house needs a really good deep clean. We stayed here for my wife’s 30th bday with 3 other couples and just had a blast. The location was absolutely perfect for a beach house, one street off of the main shopping road and a 3 min walk to the beach! I love that it was one of the older houses on AMI, you get a better feel for the old island rather than the new huge mansions that have taken over. I’ve stayed in many houses on the island and will choose this one again. The only downfall is if you have older guests that struggle with stairs.
