The layout of the house, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two suites with Ensuite bathrooms, is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and privacy. The Bay front pool adds an extra layer of luxury and relaxation, providing the ideal spot to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Casa Cay has the convenience of walking straight out to your own private 24' x 9' pool and beachfront backyard; it's truly a dream vacation destination. From stunning sunrises to the soothing sounds of the turquoise bay waters, this waterfront retreat is the ultimate escape for anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway on Anna Maria Island. Enjoy an early morning swim and watch the sun rise over the Bay. There is plenty of seating and loungers to soak up the Florida sun! Other features include an outdoor shower and gas grill. There are 2 parking spaces side by side for compact cars for this property. The garage is not for guest use. The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities. I visited with my 1.5 and 3.5 year old along with my in-laws who are in their 90's. The house was perfect for us! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house had very recently been renovated and was in pristine condition when we arrived. The location is beyond outstanding. The house itself is on the beach, and it's just steps to the ocean. We rented a golf cart and were able to get anywhere we wanted to be in within 5 minutes. While the beach at the house is a little rocky, the water is gorgeous and we saw dolphins everyday. The pool at the house is immaculate and was serviced while we were there.I would come back to this house again and again! ##### Alexis G.
