Areas of the railing were just broken off and laying around and the deck has multiple soft sagging areas. The exterior is not well lit. I am only a little taller than 5 feet and had to duck to use the bathroom sink. There were dead bugs in all the light fixtures, and the room smelled like pee. When we first arrived we were unable to access the room due to the electronic key pad. We were able to get ahold of the property manager who was kind and efficient. I did call the emergency number but did not get a response for about 45 minutes we had already canceled our reservation. Parking was a nightmare. Parking spot was in an alley way. Little light in room. No light in sink area. Ants in bathroom. Wi-fi and internet was out 6 days of 3 week stay. When calling the the rental office, I had to wait from 44 mins to one hour and 26 mins for someone to answer. Send a text and may receive a response the next day. The pool area was a mess. Area of the pool had a cabana to crash and yellow hazard tape was placed around it for our entire 3 week stay. I would never stay at a Vacasa property again. ##### Eddie G. It is an attic that was staged very well to be cute and there’s nothing cute about having to permanently hunch over in the living quarters and the bathroom is a joke you can’t stand up straight at the toilet or the vanity! However, the unit was a “attic” space and thus had very low ceilings on the sides )next to the bed especially) and the bathroom. My husband is 6’3 and had to brush his teeth and shave in the kitchen because the ceiling was so low in the bath. Also - kitchen only had a microwave so don’t stay expecting to make your own meals (which was fine for us). All in all we’d return to the property just not unit #3 😊 ##### Nicki M.
