Welcome to Moondance, a custom-built masterpiece located on one of the most private, prestigious streets with beach access just two houses away! This six-bedroom and six-and-a-half-bathroom home is designed to provide the ultimate luxury beach lifestyle. You'll love the exceptional amenities that make this getaway such a luxurious gem, including the sparkling pool and the premier rooftop deck offering mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico views. This home is part of our Exclusive AMI Collection of homes. These luxury properties provide the ultimate vacation experience for guests and include exclusive amenities such as four luxury beach bikes, upgraded bed and bath linens, and a fabulous welcome packet.

As you step inside, you will be immediately captivated by the open concept living area. It's a light-filled space with high-end finishes and was designed with meticulous attention to detail. The area also includes a tranquil seating area with a comfortable sectional couch and a TV. The gourmet kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and custom cabinetry, a generously sized kitchen island with seating, and a modern dining room for formal dinners. Open the sliding doors to the covered balcony with outdoor chaise lounges and tables, creating a fantastic indoor-outdoor living experience.

The main suite in this house is a true haven, complete with a private balcony and a soothing atmosphere created by light, neutral, and green tones. The room has ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a standalone tub perfect for soaking after a fun day on Anna Maria Island. The four king guest rooms are equally well-appointed and offer guests a relaxing and private space to unwind. The fifth bedroom features a custom bunk bed that younger guests will love, adding a touch of whimsy to the opulence surrounding them. In addition, each guest room has an ensuite bathroom featuring either a walk-in shower or a shower and tub combination. You will also find a washer, dryer, and a half bath in this home.

Wonderful home and management

Our recent stay with family at this lovely new and luxe vacation rental on Anna Maria Island was simply wonderful. The beach was conveniently close, allowing for tranquil morning walks, while the private pool was a refreshing haven under the Florida sun. The bedrooms were beautifully done, and the ensuite bathrooms added a touch of privacy for each of our couples/family groups. What truly impressed us was the exceptional customer service from the management company. Their attentiveness ensured our needs were met with utmost care. Overall, it was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations, and we're already looking forward to returning.
