The Space:

Welcome to Serendipity, your pet-friendly beachfront sanctuary on the coveted north end of Anna Maria Island — where quiet mornings, spectacular sunsets, and the rhythm of the Gulf create the perfect island escape. Perfectly positioned just steps from Bean Point’s world-renowned sugar-white sands, this stunning 4-bedroom home invites you to unwind, reconnect, and create unforgettable coastal memories. Whether you’re enjoying coffee on the expansive deck, spotting dolphins offshore, or relaxing in the beachfront hot tub under the stars, Serendipity captures the magic of island living.



Guest Access:

Guests of Serendipity have access to the entire beachfront house, including all four king bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator, making all levels accessible. Step outside to the expansive deck, relax in the beachfront hot tub, or take a stroll down to the beach using the direct access. Complimentary amenities include bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and a 6-passenger golf cart for exploring Anna Maria Island. The backyard and patio offer additional spaces for relaxation and entertainment. Laundry facilities are available for your convenience. Please note that the garage is available, and parking is free.



The Neighborhood:

Explore the best of Anna Maria Island from our prime location! A short bike ride or a quick trip in the included 6-passenger golf cart will take you to the charming shops, cafes, and restaurants of Pine Avenue. Enjoy the tranquility of the north end, perfect for a relaxing getaway.



Getting Around:

Getting around Anna Maria Island is easy! You can use the golf cart or bikes provided with the house for convenient travel. Alternatively, the island's free trolley offers a great way to explore the area



Other Things to Note:

Please review and agree to the Reservation Agreement. Rates and Availability are subject to change until reservation is completed. A deposit must be received in order to reserve the dates you desire.



Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval. Pet Fee and Pet Waiver Required.

$300 first pet, $150 for additional pets

Any unauthorized pets= 25% surcharge



Traveler must provide photo ID and guest list. If for some reason the property you booked is unavailable, we may offer to rebook the Traveler at another property, if a substantially similar property is available for the same period and under a new reservation.

Owner is not responsible for events beyond our control, ie: inclement weather, storms, evacuations, etc. Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites (Red Sky Travel Insurance, Square Mouth, etc.)



Due to the extensive equipment provided at the home, there are additional documents required. The use of the bikes, SUP and Kayak require a signed Equipment Waiver for anyone 18+



All Drivers of the property's Golf Cart must be 25, and provide a copy of a valid U.S. Driver's License and Insurance.
