Bask in the endless sun all year long, take a swim in our private heated pool with your favorite beverage, or head out anywhere on the island in our street legal gas powered golf carts to any of the local restaurants, piers, sand white sand beaches, and all other attractions the island has to offer. Come enjoy your own slice of paradise at Bay Breeze Cottages on Anna Maria Island. The Space: Each Cottage has a fully renovated kitchen, two renovated bathrooms, and living area. Each cottage has a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances including: full sink, faucet, garbage disposal, cook tops, ovens, microwaves, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Exquisite granite counter tops with custom hand carved wood shelves and built in wooden cutting boards are standard. Each renovated bathroom has a new toilet, vanity, custom deluxe shower head, and vanity tiles. The bedrooms includes brand new Beauty Rest Queen beds and high quality Queen pull out sofa, new 32 inch flat screen HD tv's, custom wood floors and wood ceilings throughout. Guest Access: Upon booking one of our cottages, you will receive a welcome email with the access code for the electronic key lock on the entry door plus a secondary code for the lock box which contains the physical keys as a back up. The Neighborhood: The North end of Anna Maria Island is the most desirable location on the entire island. "PARADISE" would best describe the surrounding areas of Bay Breeze Cottages. White Sandy Beaches, Two Piers, Aquatic Life such as Dolphins, Manatees, and Pelicans can be seen daily. The North end of Anna Maria has the best restaurants, shops, bars, and other tourist attractions. Getting Around: Included in your stay are street legal golf carts & beach cruiser bicycles which allow you to venture out to the entire island with convenience & ease. Public parking is plentiful throughout the island at all local establishments and attractions. Other Things to Note: Location! Location! Location! Bay Breeze Cottages is located on the highly desirable North end of Anna Maria Island. Desperately need more towel hooks/rods as the shower doors were too tall to hang out our bath towels. 2nd bedroom is a closet space with double bed, but was ok for our teenager. Kitchen space really small and needs more supplies. If you plan to cook your meals, will need to bring a colander, larger frying pan, and sheet pan. Beds were very comfortable! And quiet area to sleep in! Amenities and private pool very nice! Even in Jan the heated pool was amazing. Unfortunately the golf cart broke down the very first time we used it. So we did not get to utilize this for convenience around island. We would have liked more comfortable seating to watch tv. The remodel was not done great. For example the hole in the ceiling in the second bedroom. The location was great and the amenities were wonderful! We had some issues with our golf cart when we arrived and the property manager and owner worked to get it fixed immediately. That was greatly appreciated. We used the bikes and beach chairs and were grateful for them. The pool was clean and the temp perfect. For the price and during spring break, it was perfect. The cottage was beautifully decorated and perfect size for two adults and 3 small children. Loved the location! It was perfect. And we adored the golf cart. We used it to travel everywhere. The unit was very clean and it appeared the bathrooms were newly renovated. They were beautiful. The only issue was there was absolutely nowhere to hang anything up as far as towels go. Maybe they just didn’t get around to hanging up hooks before our stay? Also, it would be nice to have somewhere to hang beach towels in the unit. The place is fully equipped and is very comfortable. We really enjoy using the bikes and the golf cart! The pool was fantastic, private and tropical. Couldn't ask for better. The grounds were well cared for with lovely bbq area. Cottages located 10 minute walk to beach. Interior of cottages were very very clean with high quality bedding and towels. Very attentive local contact, Dan. A few shortcomings: bicycles not in good shape - should be replaced. Beach chairs also should be replaced. Pool chairs aren't great - need repair or to be replaced. The six-seater golf cart is a bit rough - difficult to steer, dirty, some seat belts not operational. Overall this is a great spot! With a few upgrades, perfect! ##### Jan J.
