Bask in the endless sun all year long, take a swim in our private heated pool with your favorite beverage, or head out anywhere on the island in our street legal gas powered golf carts to any of the local restaurants, piers, sand white sand beaches, and all other attractions the island has to offer. Come enjoy your own slice of paradise at Bay Breeze Cottages on Anna Maria Island. The Space: Each Cottage has a fully renovated kitchen, bath, and living area. Each cottage has a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances including: full sink, faucet, garbage disposal, cook tops, ovens, microwaves, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Exquisite granite counter tops with custom hand carved wood shelves and built in wooden cutting boards are standard. Each renovated bathroom has a new toilet, vanity, custom deluxe shower head, and vanity tiles. The bedroom includes brand new Beauty Rest Queen bed and high quality Queen pull out sofa, new 32 inch flat screen HD tv's, custom wood floors and wood ceilings throughout. Guest Access: Upon booking one of our cottages, you will receive a welcome email with the access code for the electronic key lock on the entry door plus a secondary code for the lock box which contains the physical keys as a back up. The Neighborhood: The North end of Anna Maria Island is the most desirable location on the entire island. "PARADISE" would best describe the surrounding areas of Bay Breeze Cottages. White Sandy Beaches, Two Piers, Aquatic Life such as Dolphins, Manatees, and Pelicans can be seen daily. The North end of Anna Maria has the best restaurants, shops, bars, and other tourist attractions. Getting Around: Included in your stay are street legal golf carts & beach cruiser bicycles which allow you to venture out to the entire island with convenience & ease. Public parking is plentiful throughout the island at all local establishments and attractions. We got a little worried when we read some of the reviews, but honestly I am not sure how those experiences were different from ours ... because ours was AMAZING! Dan was speedy in checking us in, showing us around and getting us sorted with the golf cart. He was super friendly and easy to chat with. Now the cottage. It was charming and wonderful! it had everything we needed - it was clean, great decor and the bed comfy. We had everything we needed and loved our time there. We were also very happy at how insulated it was, and we could not hear road traffic etc. The surrounding property was awesome to. The highlight is the pool. We literally lived in it, as we like the beach, but LOVE the pool. The pool and pool area was clean, had great floaties, and the umbrella/table in the pool along with the sitting areas was fantastic! Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this spot. It is an easy walk or golf drive to Pine Ave, and quick walk to Bean point where we watched the sunsets. We loved watching the sunsets at Bean Point. The cottage overall served it's purpose for us, to lay our heads at night. Although recently updated, the bathroom tile was simply painted and the paint is all peeling in the shower. A lot of the paint in the interior (door frames, base boards) is also heavily chipped throughout. The window blinds are all broken/bent. There are curtains also hanging but to replace the window blinds as a very inexpensive fix and would help with the aesthetic viewing from outside of cottage too. The shared laundry, bikes, pool, golf cart and paddle boards/kayaks were an awesome amenity to have! Several beach chairs and both beach umbrellas were broken and we didn't realize until we got to the beach, so that was a bummer. They should offer to let us pay 15$ instead of have to drive the golf cart to the Shell station and hold up traffic. There was no room anywhere to put our clothes so had our suitcases in the living room. Not a problem though because we were outside most of the time. Amazing beach ...hard to describe it was so wonderful. The cottage was cute and just what my husband and I needed for our short stay. The house and surrounding property and pool is beautiful inside and out, was exactly as pictured, and was very close proximity to the beach. We really appreciated Dan’s (property owner) willingness to take a late night call to help us with a few questions when our flight landed late.
