We enjoyed beach time and playing with our family whose location was only one block away. The restaurants including Hurricane Hanks, The Waterfront, and The Porch for dinner and Mademoiselle's, North Shore Cafe, and Ginny and Jane E's for breakfast were all fantastic. We also very much enjoyed the sunset cruise cruise. Captain Dave knew right where to find sand dollars and starfish, birds and dolphins. In fact dolphins swam in the wake of our boat. We stayed in the Skimmer unit and it was clean, comfortable and cute. The washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas and pool were an added bonus. The walk to the beach was a short delight. The unit had all the essentials, it was clean, and comfortable. We loved it because it was so close to the beach, Bean Point Beach was magnificent! The pool was also great. Lots of toys for the pool and beach essentials that were great to have on hand. We practically had the pool to ourselves, which was nice. One of the reviews said that they couldn’t hear the people in the upstairs unit and that wasn’t true for us. Luckily they didn’t arrive until the last day and it didn’t affect our stay but we could definitely hear the family walking around upstairs. Rasa was great and quick to respond. It was a nice quiet stay just north of town, with an easy walk to the beach that took about 5 minutes. The place was great for our family of four, and the host was responsive. It was cooler temps when we were there but the pool was nice and warm which the kids took advantage of. There were folks staying in the upstairs unit but we barely noticed so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. ##### Jessica L. My family (2 adults and 2 kids, 13 and 9) and I stayed for 6 nights. Check in was very simple, Very clean, probably the cleanest place we’ve ever rented! They provide bikes, a cart for the beach toys and chairs that are also available. The walk to the beach is maybe 5 minutes on a shaded path. The pool is small but perfect, it is shaded in the heat of the day and was a delightful place to hang out in the evenings. The host are very helpful if you need anything. Raja was incredibly helpful with activity suggestions as we prepared to make the most out of our time on AMI with our two toddlers.
