Our family getaway is just a short walk to Birubi Beach and the Stockton Sand Dunes. This split-level, four-bedroom, three-bathroom, air-conditioned home offers both comfort and convenience.  
  
Relax and enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean, and take in breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony.  
  
The entry level features three bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and single beds, along with the main bathroom, laundry, and a cozy sitting area with a TV. Step outside to the outdoor deck and shower, court yard, and direct access to the walkway leading to the beach.  
  
The upper level boasts a combined air-conditioned living, kitchen, and dining area, another bathroom, and an outdoor deck with comfortable furnishings.   
  
There is an office area outside the master bedroom with ceiling fan and includes an ensuite for added convenience.  
  
For parking, the home offers both remote garage and driveway options.  
  
Linen packs are provided, and guests are asked to make their own beds upon arrival.
