The newly renovated open plan kitchen and living room is ideal for hanging out with friends, hosting a dinner party, or just taking in a movie on the big screen TV. Three comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space for you and your guests to get some sleep. Two full bathrooms offer great privacy. The Space: Greek revival style cottage on the outside; clean, open and contemporary feel on the inside. The home's beautiful open-concept layout is perfect for gathering friends or a family getaway. 3 bedrooms (one on main level with bathroom adjacent, 2 on basement level with bathroom adjacent) with premium Tuft and Needle mattresses and smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $175). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($175 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue Restaurant and Bar is nearby and for an amazing coffee experience Venue Coffee is open at 8 am for delicious barista drinks and breakfast pastries. We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively! Getting Around: It's a five minute drive to the center of Ann Arbor and I94, (except on game days!). The city bus stop is a block and a half away, and bicycle and walking paths are all around. Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area. Other Things to Note: Our full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival. We stock olive oil, salt and pepper, whole bean coffee and creamer in all our units. We also provide enough body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels for 3-4 days as well as a few Tide pods for 2-3 loads of laundry and a few dishwasher tabs. For stays of a week or longer guests are asked to provide their own toiletries and other supplies. Interaction with Guests: We have 24/7 remote concierge service and on-site concierge service available daily from 9am-5pm. Originally this house was listed at able to sleep 8 people. In reality, there are three bedrooms, and it only comfortably sleeps 6\. The host provided and air mattress and bedding for our 7th guest, which worked out fine, but took up most of the space in the living room. The house is a short walk to campus (Yost Ice Arena, Big House). The place was crisp and clean, although rooms were pretty small. One bedroom on first floor (right behind living room). Two of the three bedrooms are in the basement. Layout of living room not ideal for hanging out (limited seating, couch doesn’t face TV). One of the chairs at the table was wobbly/broken. Not perfect, but overall a great stay in a convenient location. ##### Jennifer B. One of the bulbs in the kitchen was busted but immediately replaced; one chair at the dining table was not safe with a missing screw / bent leg so we put that aside - but it didn’t hamper our enjoyment of our stay.
