Location is a healthy 20 minute walk to the center of town, maybe 25-30 minute walk to campus. Or a five minute Uber. It wasn't particularly luxe, but it was perfect for our needs for this trip. Loved the location, our kids loved that there was a playground across the street. Adults loved that you could walk to Main Street.
