A arrumação do quarto só passava após às 16h. Quanto ao restaurante degudo o mesmo problema deixamos de jantar por conta de 1h antes do encerramento já não estar disponível os grelhados, por exemplo. Outro ponto acredito que poderiam melhorar no entretenimento norturbo pois faltava por exemplo uma música no bar, mesmo que fosse um playback. Frigobar com nada alcoolico, apenas com poucos copos de 200ml de agua. Impossível entrar em contato com o hotel antes do check in, o restaurante que eles dão a cortesia com 3 diárias, não caiam nessa, cada dia o espaço do restaurante é temático com algo, ainda mete a palhaçada de traje esporte fino, não posso andar de chinelo num resort na praia? Não é o próprio hotel que coloca os guarda sois na praia, são barqueiros que estão oferecendo passeio de lancha, que por “simpatia” colocam o guarda sol pra vc e ficam te rondando pra comprar o passeio. Bufet fraco, poderia ser mt melhor. No mês de maio estava tranquilo pela quantidade de pessoas no hotel. Duas observações serem feitas, os pratos quentes nas refeições do buffet precisam de mais tempero, por vezes foi necessário solicitar algum molho a parte para melhorar o prato e a segunda observação é informar que o melhor caminho para chegar no hotel é via Escola Naval mesmo vindo pela Rio Santos, vai andar um pouco a mais porém é mais seguro. O caminho informado pelo GPS vindo via Paraty leva para um bairro muito estranho, não me senti seguro. Hotel com paisagem deslumbrante, poderia facilmente ser uma ótima opção de Resort. Infelizmente demonstra que não quer ser bem avaliado. O check-in é sem precedentes, tivemos que pegar duas filas, uma que teve demora de 1h20m e a outra de mais 1h02m. A primeira para fazer o check-in e a segunda, pasmem, para retirar a chave da habitação. O atendimento se divide em duas categorias, uma te atende bem com sorriso no rosto e toda simpatia e a outra te trata mal e com cara de poucos amigos, infelizmente essa segunda categoria é aquela que presta os serviços essenciais, como o pessoal do check-in e dos restaurantes e bares. Os simpáticos e receptivos são o pessoal que te recebem para estacionar, para ajudar com as malas, que recolhe os utensílios das mesas, as camareiras, o pessoal da manutenção. Informamos que nossa filha estava com roupa suja pois passou mal no caminho e logo conseguimos fazer o check-in, pois o funcionário foi bem compreensivo. As refeições são muito boas e com muita opção. No dia da ceia faltou um pouco de organização, pois estávamos em seis e uma outra família com seis pessoas disse que também estava naquela mesa, que tinha capacidade para dez pessoas. A ceia estava excelente e com muitas opções de comidas doces e salgadas. O show da ceia foi muito bom e durou até as 23 horas. Mesmo o hotel com lotação do fim de ano, ainda é muito bem dimensionado, com vários locais para lazer e também para comer e beber. A praia é com mar bem calmo, praticamente sem onda. Achei que podia ter umas placas indicando os locais principais. No primeiro dia não entendi onde estavam servindo os petiscos da tarde e no dia seguinte descobri que estava praticamente do lado, só não caminhei mais, pois estava chovendo, mas se soubesse que era tão perto eu tinha chegado lá. E estranhei a falta de toalha de piso, que só colocaram no último dia. Eu solicitei no primeiro dia, mas estava em falta. Nem sempre os menus de janta eram seguidos, por exemplo no dia do jantar português não teve pastel de Belém (que estava no menu). A cordialidade dos funcionários foi nota 10\. Checkout também foi bem prático e pudemos ainda almoçar antes de ir.
