With friends or family, this villa will bring you all the necessary comfort for 16 people.

You can enjoy a beautiful bright living room with a lounge giving direct access to the terrace with its exceptional view, a bar area.  
A beautiful fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room.  
  
For the beds, you will have:  
2 parental suites with Queen size bed: 160x200cm and private bathroom.  
3 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed: 160x200cm, two others with twin beds: 90x200cm, which can be transformed into a King size bed: 180x200cm.  
A last bedroom with 4 single beds: 90x200cm.  
1 independent studio with Queen size bed: 160x200cm and its private bathroom.  
  
A large terrace equipped with an awning overlooking the ocean with barbecue and a dining table for 16 people. A 12x5m swimming pool with electric shutter, a petanque court complete the exceptional services of this luxurious villa.
