Séjour de 5jours dans une chambre vue sur mer, très agréable. Chambre double, spacieuse, équipé du nécessaire (machine à café, bouilloire, frigo) , bcp de rangement. Personnel de l’établissement très accueillant et chaleureux. (Accueil, bar, restauration et animation). Seul le manque de climatisation peut nous restreindre de revenir en période estivale.

Chambre avec vue incroyable sur l océan. Accès direct à la plage. À la période où nous y étions, nous avons pu dormir fe être ouverte tous les soirs, bercés par le bruit des vagues . Bémols, la propreté de la chambre, énormément de poussière, salle de bain non entretenue, douche sale… pas de ménage pour un séjour inférieur à une semaine… même pas un balai dans la chambre, une petite poubelle de salle de bains pour les 6 jours, 3 rouleaux de papier toilette, pas de sèche cheveux ni de bouilloire. Toilette des parties communes sales, ne ferment pas, pas de papier toilette . Loueur de vélos partenaire du club injoignable .

Club au bord de l'océan ce qui permet d'agréables promenades et de profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Très bon accueil de tout le personnel qui est extrêmement agréable et souriant, ce qui est très appréciable. Le buffet était bien fourni et les plats étaient de qualité et variés. De nombreuses activités sont proposées hors saison. Petit bémol concernant la chambre dont la salle d'eau et les toilettes sont exiguës. La poussière n'avait pas été faite à notre arrivée mais hormis ce point la chambre était propre. Un petit frigo est présent dans la chambre mais il est dommage qu'une bouilloire permettant de faire du thé ou du café ne soit pas présente.

Bâtiment très vieux, pas d’ascenseur,salle de bain vétuste,et très petite,il faut entrer en se mettant sur le côté , coupure d’eau deux jours de suite, c’était gâchée notre vacances

enregistrement après 17 heures et les chambres n'étaient pas encore prêtes. les chambres sont petites et sales. les serviettes sont vieilles et tachées, ménage une fois par semaine, les draps ne sont pas changés. Les prix sont très élevés pour ce genre de service.

Empiezo por lo bueno que es lo mas fácil: la situación (inmejorable) y que disponga de aparcamiento. Pero ahí se acaba lo bueno. Las habitaciones son viejas y estan sucias. El baño es terrorifico y las bolas de polvo que saln detras del panelado parece que pueden cobrar vida y comerte. Los bichos momificados en los zocalos de habitacion y zonas comunes son de peli de miedo. La piscina grande estuvo cerrada la mitad de estancia por tratamiento del agua (estabamos fuera a 37°) y un dia nos sacaron de la pequeña porque un niño hizo 💩 en la piscina. Y nos quedamos sin piscina. A pesar de todo esto no protestamos por nada, hasta que mi hija celiaca (habíamos avisado al hacer la reserva y lo recordamos al llegar, y en todas las ocasiones se nos respondió que no había ningun problema), una noche nos dijeron que no había ninguna opción de cena. Tras mucho insistir conseguimos que le hicieran una tortilla francesa. Al dia siguiente se habia acabado el pan del desayuno para ella y solo le ofrecían fruta. Tuvimos que comprarle el desayuno fuera del hotel. Nos quejamos, pidieron disculpas… pero a la noche nos encontramos la misma historia… En fin, es un hotel que no vale lo que cuesta, pero que tiene una situación estupenda en las playas de Anglet.

#### Mitigé sur les animations et le dîner 

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble , petit bémol sur l’animation plus que light - des activités sportives le matin impeccables , par contre très léger le soir et 22h30 petante fin de chantier plus rien ni musique au bar . Dommage d’attendre le dernier jour où on doit se lever tôt pour faire une soirée dansante - tout a été mis sur les spectacles d’animations du mardi et jeudi , dommage…. Niveau nourriture un peu déçu , je m’attendais à du wahou , bah non , peu de saveurs dans les plats et tout trop cuits pour un dîner après 20 h. On voit que tout est fait à l’économie malgré un prix maxi - couloirs sales pas nettoyés régulièrement , à part à l’arrivée je n’ai pas vu bcp de personnels nettoyer les parties communes et encore moins la chambre où sont les 5B ? Seul l’emplacement exceptionnel mérite le détour

Hébergement globalement très agréable Chambre rénovée côté mer très bien mais côté parking un peu trop bruyant la nuit Le revêtement autour de la piscine pas pratique ni agréable Cote facilités : nous aurions aimé trouvé un tennis par exemple

juste un seul problème l'hôtel était en travaux le réveil a 8h par des marteaux piqueurs c'est pas cool alors qu'on avait demandé une chambre de l'extrême opposée des travaux mais il ne nous ont pas écouté alors que l'hôtel n'était pas plein c'est dommage....

Excellent emplacement, vue magnifique. Animation agréable et club enfant de qualité. Le personnel est professionnel et agréable. En formule demi-pension, Surpris par le manque de produits (plat du jour) lors des dîners, nous ne sommes jamais arrivés tard au restaurant et pourtant impossible d’avoir pu goûter aux plats du jour de toute la semaine, mauvaise évaluation lors des approvisionnements? La demi pension reste pratique mais heureusement que nous n’avons pas opté pour la pension complète. Nous recommandons et y retournerons.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour…petit bémol pour la chambre qui était vétuste. Jolie vue sur l’océan mais la salle de bain et le wc étaient en piteux état… aucune VMC et des joints à refaire en urgence.
