Great upstairs bedrooms with a family bathroom in between, and the main bedroom and ensuite downstairs. Also a seperate toilet downstairs. Great kitchen with everything you'd need, and lovely decking out the back. Very quiet, and very peaceful. Great walk to the shops or to the river, then further along to the beach. Great lounge area with fireplace, great kitchen with everything you would need, perfect sized bedrooms, and TV's in all rooms. The washing machine and dryer were fabulous!! Only a short walk to the shops, river, or main beach, and a lovely walk along the surf coast track.
