Positioned perfectly just 800m (approx.) from Anglesea's Surf Lifesaving Club and 800m to the river precinct this neat and tidy 3-bedroom home offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle. Whilst incredibly functional, the overall feel of space and light can be attributed to the floor to ceiling windows across the whole upstairs living area with vaulted ceiling. There are 3 levels, with a bedroom on the ground floor plus a kids games room / 2nd living room with TV, the middle level hosts 2 further bedrooms both with built in cupboards, a central main bathroom and separate laundry and toilet. The top level has an elevated ceiling with windows capturing blue skies and leafy outlook, sliding doors access the balcony delivering views of the surrounding area and sea glimpse. Lots of indoor space with lots of room to relax and very comfortable bedding. Balcony is large and a very added bonus with a great Bbq and a small view of the ocean. Great living area with the bonus of a smart tv. A short drive to the beach and nearby towns makes for a lovely getaway.
