Cozy cottage

Property was a little hard to find, but once found, thought it was very convenient. Very clean and cozy. Would recommend to stay in this little cozy cottage.

Not cleaned before we checked in!

The check in process was terrible, I had to call the property manager to get the actual address and the door code AFTER check in time had passed. We walk into the property and it hadn’t been cleaned! There were used dirty band aids in the house and cobwebs everywhere and the floors were dirty as well as dirty socks on the porch! Whatever management reads this needs to email me for pictures! VERY DISSATISFIED!

Great stay at Angel Fire

The pictures and the description did not match on the 2nd bedroom so I tried to contact the managing company Evolve and their auto-reply email was that "we were so busy that we are prioritizing our replies to reservations within the next 72 hours". Finally they replied one week before we were to arrive. They confirmed that the 2nd bedroom had a futon in it. It did not have a futon but there was a fold up cot in the closet but the room barely had room for it. One bathroom was upstairs with the living area and the 2nd bathroom was next to the two bedrooms downstairs. The description says it will sleep 5 but there is only a small dining table with 3 chairs. It states there is a charcoal grill but after looking for it we asked the manager by text and there is only a community grill located at the other end of the complex. Now for the positives - lots of cooking utensils, good cookware, large fridge, nice stove/oven, heaters warmed the place up quickly, and the local manager answered text messages quickly. Next stay I will pay more attention to details. Overall this place would work for a young family. We had four adults and a 10 yr. old.

Nice condo, wonderful view from the porch

The place was great! Great view from the porch of some woods. Keep in mind that the bunk beds have been replaced by a queen bed (we knew this from other reviews). The only real downside is the primary bed seemed to have a creaking sound. Not a big deal once you got comfy but if your a restless then it might become an irratation. Also, if planning on using the shuttle, the stop on mammoth right next to the condos is not in use any longer.

Nice unit in a tired complex

Everything you need for a great price. Spacious living area with smaller bedrooms. This unit was well maintained but the complex had a few that needed attention. We loved our stay.

As advertised

The property is located in the Pinetree Commons, this makes it a little easier to find. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed for meals, coffee, etc. nice clean linens! The master bedroom mattress is pretty stiff. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo. The deck faces the tall pine trees, very relaxing. And the area was very quiet.

Summer getaway

Mostly a good experience. Furniture not plentiful for number of guests condo reports to accommodate. Small dining table w/ 3 chairs, 1 couch, and 1 very uncomfortable formal loveseat. Beds also pretty uncomfortable. No wash rags in condo upon arrival. Management did bring within 24 hours-but had to use hand towels until then. Screen door hanging off by one hinge upon arrival, no crock pot, but otherwise stocked well. Great view on end of building with deer. Wouidnt stay here again just because of uncomfortable beds and lack of furniture to comfortably accommodate our family.

Nice but uncomfortable

Very nice place but furniture in every room very uncomfortable. Several things broken and outside had not been swept. Would still recommend a stay because it was in a centralized location and clean. Price for a stay in the mountain was reasonable.

Fun for a couple…

Great location! Perfect for a couple, but water heater doesn’t support more than two adults showering (hot water runs out right away). Code for the trash bin wasn’t provided (a neighbor gave us 6433). Don’t plan to do laundry as the dryer doesn’t actually dry your load. Make sure you’ve locked the front door (maybe put a chair under the door handle at night). Other than that it was very cool. We enjoyed! Loved seeing the wildlife walking up the hill right behind the patio. The wind in the trees was therapeutic. Thanks!

Climbing Trip

Great guys trip climbing Taos rock! This spot in Angel Fire was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms slept well, and the unit was recently renovated. Very nice!

Lovely and cozy home

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! Everything was beautiful, clean, and accommodating. We had enough room for our group, everything worked as it should, all the appliances and utensils we needed and more... it was a great place to stay and relax but also a very short drive to the slopes and to Angel Fire village!

Amazing cabin peaceful views

We had a great stay in this amazing cabin. It is very modern and was decorated for Christmas! The back patio had a very peaceful view. It was quiet and had everything we needed. You must have 4 wheel drive to access in winter wether. The address on the listing did not take us to the correct location but the property manager sent us directions and we made it just fine. A great place to get away.

Clean, secluded townhome with lovely back porch.

The property was clean and nicely appointed. The master bed was firm and comfortable. You could hear people upstairs walking around but it was pretty quiet overall. The view from the back porch of the woods is beautiful. There is a common area outside with several BBQ grills. Small issue: There were only 2 chairs and a medium size bench for a small square dining room table, so one side of the table didn't have a chair. Wish there had been 4 chairs like the pictures had shown. Overall, it was a very nice place and we would definitely stay again.

Nice setting

This condo has a beautiful view off the back deck where we enjoyed spending time. Clean, but creaky if others In your family are walking upstairs when you’re trying to sleep. Good location three blocks from the lift.

Beautiful quiet property

Enjoyed Nice setting during the summer. Backs up to gorgeous pines. Two bedrooms were downstairs and living room and kitchen our on the main floor. Comfortable beds.

Great back porch!

We just loved the back porch. It is a great place to chill any time of day in the summer. Lots of wildlife. Especially enjoyed watching the variety of birds. Fireplace is great too!
