Relax and enjoy your Angel Fire vacation at Angel Fire Commons #6. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps eight and is steps from the Bear shuttle stop.
Entering the condo, there is a tiled entry with a bench for putting on and taking off footwear. The open-plan living area gives access to the deck and is full of morning light. The living area has a twin bed with a trundle and a loveseat that pulls out to sleep two, as well as a sofa and armchair, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with Dish TV service. The dining area seats eight with additional counter seating for four. The fully-stocked kitchen has full-size appliances, including a dishwasher.
The primary bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, a private deck, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a rollaway twin bed. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and there is a stacked washer/dryer.
Wi-Fi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

There is one flight of exterior stairs to access the entrance to this condo.

This is one of two units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Angel Fire Commons condo complex. They are within walking distance of each other and a short walk from the Bear shuttle stop.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, rollaway twin bed. Living room: Twin bed with trundle, loveseat sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV with Dish TV service. Baseboard heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating, private deck off primary bedroom.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Angel Fire Commons #6 is a quick walk to the Bear shuttle stop. It is 2.5 miles (7 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: There is room for one vehicle in front of the unit's garage and room for another vehicle along the retaining wall.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
