We were only able to stay for a quick weekend getaway to attend a wedding but enjoyed the stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the creek in the mornings with coffee and again in the evening while winding down! The only negative for me was I found the bed too soft with the mattress topper on it and my back was not happy. My wife and daughter, however, enjoyed the softness. The other sleeping option is a futon. According to my grown son, it is probably better suited for younger kids. The beds weren't at all suitable for us, they were way too soft and the best option was the futon (for us), and even that was not very comfortable. The deck was where we spent the most time and we enjoyed watching the creek and having our dogs with us on the enclosed deck. The road where the cabins are located is a nice walk and we met a nice neighbor. Location has easy access to Andrews, and also to Murphy which is where we took the dogs for outings and meals. The chophouse in Murphy takes dogs on the patio, and Mariolino's in Murphy had excellent Italian food.
