The boat trips to and from the shore were surprisingly quick and easy to manage. Our kids, aged 10 and up, quickly mastered the boat, adding an extra layer of fun to every outing. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking lake views and plenty of essentials provided. The layout gave us plenty of space to gather or find quiet spots to work remotely. We were thrilled with the variety of water activities available. In addition to the boat for transport, we enjoyed paddleboards, a kayak, a pedalboard, and the kids had a blast on the Lilly pad. The deck overlooking the lake was perfect for grilling and dining, and we had the best fishing of our life — even the kids caught impressive-sized fish! Jackie, our host, was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our questions and needs. By the middle of our stay, we were already discussing booking this house again next year—it was that amazing, even with a few rainy days. I would note that this property may not be ideal for someone with severe mobility issues due to the stairs and boating. However, we had a wide range of ages and abilities in our group, from a young child who can’t swim to teenagers and less athletic adults, and everyone had a fantastic time.I highly recommend this property and hope to return myself! ##### Anna A.
