### Charming Gîte near Laval: Cozy Decor, Fully Equipped, Baby-Friendly, Ideal for 2, Pet-Friendly

Passing through the surroundings of Laval or for a longer stay, this cottage offers a quality service in a simple space. The decoration is very warm and inspiring, the equipment is really complete: for cooking, taking care of your laundry, working and welcoming a baby or a young child.   
La Douce Escapade is a cottage on 2 levels, the living rooms are on the ground floor, the bedroom and the bathroom are on the 1st. No garden or terrace, but a hiking trail from the cottage takes you to the banks of the Ernée river; the children's play area of the campsite and the municipal pétanque ground are 100m away.   
Ideal for 1 to 2 people, it is also possible to use the 140\*200 convertible sofa with a supplement of 15€/pers/night, optional.   
In the center of Andouillé, 500 meters away, you have access to all shops and services: bakery, mini-market, restaurant, doctor, ATM... the city bus and the city is 10 minutes from Laval by car.  
Laval in Mayenne, it's the Vélo Francette®, (towpath from Caen to La Rochelle), the Espace Mayenne (major event site in the West of France), the Halte fluviale (marina with boat and bicycle rental), the Museum of Naive Art and Singular Arts in the old castle, an exceptional market on Saturdays... The city is in the center of the department, you can go and discover the Natura 2000 site of Saulges, the characterful city of Sainte Suzanne, and that of Parné sur Roc, or the Mont des Avaloirs, an area of forests and hiking trails on the heights of the Armorican massif.

On the ground floor, ceiling at 1.95m: living room 12.1m² with dining table and chair, sofa bed, TV - kitchen 8.3m² with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment, 4-burner gas cooker and electric oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo pod coffee machine, multifunction robot, washing machine. 1st floor, standard height ceiling: bedroom 13.7m² with 1 bed 160\*200, wardrobe and desk - bathroom 5.6m² with shower cubicle, sink, hairdryer, towel dryer, clothes horse.  
Baby equipment: travel cot - potty - booster seat - high chair - seat to place in the shower - changing mat - toilet seat reducer. Please notify us to allow for provision according to your needs.  
Included: beds made - towels - kitchen linen.  
Option: cleaning €40 (1 cleaning per stay of 1 to 14 nights) - electric heating > 8kWh to be paid to the owner on meter reading - additional person, 2 people maximum: €15/night/person - animal €5/animal/day

Possibility to put the car in front of the gîte while it is unloaded. Then park your car in the car park, sidewalk opposite a little after the garage (taking the start of the hiking trail).
