### NORRIS LAKE'S Lakeside Haven at Yacht Club Condos - Pool, Hot Tub, Marina

Be sure to watch our drone video at PHOTO #3! We DO NOT HITCH ON ANY FEES other than required VRBO booking fees, a reasonable cleaning fee, and mandatory TN state taxes. We manage the property ourselves. If bringing a boat, an 11' x 24' slip, located directly below the condo, may be available to rent for a nominal fee.  
The slip is equipped with electricity and running water.  
  
Spacious "Lakeside Haven" boasts a panoramic view of Norris Lake as soon as you step through the front door! Enter into a spectacular 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, which includes an outdoor communal pool and hot tub, Wi-Fi, high speed fiber optics cable, Blu-ray, You-Tube TV, Netflix, and a vast library of books, DVDs, board & card games, and jigsaw puzzles for all ages. Within the immaculate, single level 1700 sq. ft. condo, you will be surrounded by comfort and luxury. When docking after a joy-filled day on the water, unwind on our water's edge outdoor, covered patio/balcony and watch the sun set on the lake or relax in front of the living room Smart TV.  
  
At night, sleep on luxurious, comfortable mattresses that you expect in a vacation rental of this quality. The spacious master suite houses a king bed with floor to ceiling windows, capturing the serenity of the lake. Adjoining master bath includes double sinks, walk-in shower as well as deep Jacuzzi tub. The first guest bedroom provides another king bed, and the second guest bedroom includes a queen bed. All bedrooms offer privacy and come furnished with expansive dresser and closet space to unpack belongings. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and hooks to hang beach towels and bathing suits.  
  
Gourmet kitchen, with its rich granite counter tops and convenient breakfast counter, stores all the appliances, dishes, and utensils needed for feeding family and friends. Keurig and two other coffee makers, toaster, electric griddle, crock pot and many other kitchen accessories are stocked for use. Additional seating is available at the dining room table or patio table on the covered balcony. Outdoor propane grill awaits the grilling enthusiast!  
  
Our condo is located on a quiet second floor of a four story building and easily accessed by stairs or elevator when unloading luggage and groceries. Lakeside Haven faces north, so the private balcony allows you to bask in the rejuvenating morning light while sipping your morning cup of joe and offers an unobstructed, serene lakeside view. During daylight hours, the covered balcony shades you from the heat of the day. We love the second floor because it provides more privacy, and you are only one floor below the parking lot main entrance and one floor up from the sidewalk that leads to the lake, docks, and marina.  
  
Yacht Club Condo's boat dock is only a short distance along the sidewalk to the dock's stairway. And Stardust Marina is within walking distance. You can rent boats/equipment at Stardust Marina. Or at no cost, but not recommended, tie-up your boat along the walkway leading to the Yacht Club Condos. Stardust Marina and Restaurant, during the summer season, is alive with nightlife on the weekends. And do not miss the fun in our spacious communal swimming pool and hot tub only a short walk from our condo.  
  
Norris Lake is the most pristine lake in the Southeast and ideal for boating, fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, canoeing, hiking, and nature trails within the vast 800 miles of shore line. Our family loves to anchor in one of many nearby coves and spend the afternoon diving, swimming, and floating together in the clean, turquoise waters of the lake.  
  
To become a tourist for the day, it is a mere 65 miles to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains. Nearby Jayell Ranch in Sevierville offers ziplining, horseback riding, tubing, and ATV rides.  
  
Our wish is for you to experience the best "home away from home" a vacationer could desire while staying at our Norris Lake condo. And we hope you will return year after year to create many more memories at Norris Lake. If you have questions regarding our property, please feel free to contact us.  
  
2025 RATES--See reservation calendar for rates. We do not add any owner fees other than a $125 cleaning fee and the mandatory 14.75% sales tax. VRBO requires a booking fee. Also, we require a refundable $500 security deposit at time of booking, which will be refunded as long as no house rules are broken (see VRBO contract). Mid-Summer rentals are 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.  
  
Our rental is NOT managed by VACASA who slaps on additional management fees when you book. WE ARE THE OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY.

We always stay at Yacht Club Condos for our Norris Lake trip as we have family who we vacation with and they own a place (we've outgrown all staying together). Nancy's condo is a 10, perfect location, quick walk down to the boat docks. Super clean, has all the amenities you would need and we are already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful day at Lakeside Haven! It is a beautiful condo and very nicely appointed and had all the amenities that we needed for our weeklong stay. But the best thing of all is the beautiful view of the lake from the back porch! The community is very quiet and has a lot to offer, including workout room and swimming pool.

What a beautiful condo! We recently stayed for a week at Lakeside Haven and it was perfect! It was equipped with everything we could think of. We enjoyed having coffee on the back deck each morning while overlooking Norris Lake. It was so peaceful! From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out the owner (Nancy) was amazing with communication, answered any questions we had, and even gave suggestions of what to do in the area. This was a great stay and we hope to visit again!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to board games to DVDs. The condo is right on the lake and the view was wonderful! Nancy, the owner did a great job of providing details of the property and answering any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was decorated beautifully, and it was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed in the condo. Nancy was so great to work with. Check in was so easy. She communicated with us before and after our visit. We will definitely rent again. We had the best time.

Lakeside Haven is perfectly named!! Our long weekend was just that - a relaxing experience in a haven of coziness and comfort! The owners have equipped this condo with everything you could possibly need to have a fantastic time at the lake. We prepared a few meals and found the kitchen to be well-stocked, clean and easy to navigate. The furniture was comfortable, and it was so nice to have even a few soft throw blankets to curl up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie. The bedding is beautiful and of a high quality, and the beds were so comfortable for sleeping. The entire condo was spotless!! That has to be a first for us - seriously, it was impeccably clean! 5 stars is not a high enough score! From the first contact, communication with Nancy was timely and helpful. Questions were answered almost immediately. She had compiled a helpful notebook with so much information about local shopping, attractions and medical contacts and including clear and concise instructions for navigating the condo, and the areas associated with it. We really just came to the lake this time to "chill" and relax, so we hardly left the premises, and it was PERFECT! We returned home feeling like we actually were rested. We definitely want to come back when the weather is warmer and enjoy the marina, pool, and outdoor activities. We will definitely choose Lakeside Haven for another visit! Great place - home away from home. It was well provisioned with all the comforts of home. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was stellar and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Winter visit - very few people around. The serentiy and beauty made for a quiet, realxing vacation for our family. The host, Nancy, was always there for us and never intrusive; very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended, for any time of year.

#### Stunning!!

Everything was exactly how it was described. Check in was a breeze, (Nancy is the sweetest), condo was very clean and had a perfect view of the lake. The Marina is close by and convenient which allowed us to rent a boat for a couple of days. The condo has a rental slip so we didn’t need to return the boat at the end of each day. We were able to grill on the deck, enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and spend quality family time together. Perfect vacation! We will definitely visit Norris Lake again and stay at this perfect lakeside haven!!

#### CITY LIVING ON THE LAKE

The place was beautiful! It made my master and on suite at home jealous! The view is on point. We had everything we need to cook in spacious kitchen. We had everything we needed and more. We had very specific goals while visiting, unfortunately they were not spending time in this stunning area. Nancy was immediately available at the send of a text or an answer of a phone call. She was also able to help us with suggestions she knew of in the area. We will definitely be back to spend vacation time in this beautiful lake condo. in the perfect lake spot!

This property is as advertised- kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you need and then some, the bed linens are superior quality, the beds are very comfortable, bedrooms have darkening shades for sleeping in, the furniture and decoration make you feel at home immediately. Added bonus- LOTS of DVD movies, books, puzzles, and games are available to use!! Just a short walk down the sidewalk and down 55 steps to the dock where our boat was safely stored. We loved this part of Norris Lake. The drive from the highway was not bad (pulling a boat). We will be back!!

The property was better than expected. Upscale property in a quiet, serene location. Wonderful view of the large emerald-green lake from every window. The condo was clean and beyond comfortable. The host has provided everything you will ever need to cook and relax in luxury. The host is very responsive too. The pool and hot tub area is perfect overlooking the lake. We went to both marinas for meals and rented a boat at Sequoyah Marina. Both great experiences. Friendly people in the area. The location is private and meant for lake life. If you are looking for daily activities you would want to venture out about 45 minutes to an hour, but why would you want to leave? Thank you for sharing your condo Nancy!
