"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

"The staff we friendly and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable with large rooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The AC in the rooms is limited to 21 degrees (it never managed under 23!) which is annoying. Its not cool enough in the hot weather.
