« This property is so run down and dirty. There are no ice machines so I had to have the staff find some for me. Other than the bed there was no furniture such as a table. The TV did not work. AC probably worked. The card readers were difficult. After checking in I found no towels in the room. So the manager retrieved towels but no wash cloth. They apparently did not have any according to the manager. No glasses were there. I would never stay there again. »

« I’m always amazed that chain hotels that are supposed to be professional in the sleep business neglect so many aspects of it. Parasite lights (clock, microwave, etc). This room had a huge gap at the door with the light of the corridor beaming into the room at night. AC making a jet sound when starting with weak cold air that could not maintain proper temperature. To say the least I did not spend a quality night of sleep. »
