Quiet neighborhood and you have your own entrance to the bottom floor rental. There was a lot of space for the 4 of us. They also have a nice set-up for you of a blender, teas, coffee, wide range of small pocket snacks to take with you for the day, and a very well stocked kitchen! This is the best stocked kitchen we have seen in our many years of staying at VRBOs....many spices, cooking utensils, and kitchenware. The king bed is medium soft and very comfortable. The two queen beds are also comfortable, but more on the firmer side. Couch is large enough for a group of 4 and super comfortable. The owner Neil was very kind and suggested a couple of sightseeing places for us as well. We were very happy here and would go back again! ##### Julie H.
