The views were unbelievable, with both water and mountains. In the course of the stay, we saw moose and a bear family on the mountain. The family saint Bernard was also such a welcome addition! Our only downside (not a fault of the owner) is that is takes 20 minutes minimum to get anywhere due to being up in the hills. The views make up for it! Just an FYI for consideration on what you hope to do from the house. We saw black bears roaming around and a moose just up the hill. The house is clean and in a great location; plenty of room for 12+. 3 full baths so easy for large groups. Really close to the Anchorage attractions and we enjoyed our stay.
