The ad for this property was exactly as pictured plus had extra perks like a supply of coffee and wi-fyi. We liked that it was updated and had all the comforts of home. It has kitchen with everything you need during the stay. Dishwasher works very well. It has two bedrooms. In master bedroom is king bed - very comfortable. Curtains were very helpful to cover the window at night and you did not feel it is outside as day (July in Alaska has almost 19 hours day light). Two first days we did not have the car. Everything was close to this place - we went to grocery stores. Also it is very good neighborhood - near by lake and pretty houses around it. Also you can hike on the trail which is not far from the condo. Condo was very clean. It has Netflix. So when you tired after long day of hiking you can watch good movies! One negative thing - I have to mention - apartment is next to very busy road. But by night traffic usually become less intensive! Michelle was easy to communicate! Thank you! It provides all the supplies you would need in a home even coffee pods. Two things to consider if renting: there are 2 flights of stairs, one as soon as you come in the door and a second to get to the bedrooms. It is right next to a busy street so if its hot and you need to open the windows it may keep you up at night if you're not used to that. I was able to keep the window closed and put down the "blackout" shades (a big plus in the summer) and the traffic didn't bother me. Michelle was very responsive to text messages. Due to COVID instruction sheets may have been removed from the house but instructions on TV use and internet code would be nice but we figured out both.
