The host was fairly responsive to our messages when an issue came up.The downside was that our stay was in a downstairs unit (of a 4 plex) and we could hear the people above us moving around the entire time and someone set their trash (boxes of alcohol) on the windshield of my car. The beds were really comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet; no traffic, noisy neighbors or dogs to contend with. The washer and dryer in the unit was such a helpful perk! Communication was outstanding and they answered questions before we even asked them. We received the address and the door's entry code in perfect time.
