Our cozy home is perfect for up to 6 guests looking to explore all that Anchorage has to offer. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and includes comfortable bedding for King Beds (pull out sofa is served as an additional sleeping space). Kitchen is fully stocked and we offer coffee pods for your mornings. Our home is conveniently located just steps away from Anchorage's best park, Lagoon and trails. The Space: The property is fully furnished and features a warm and inviting decor that will make you feel right at home. As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that features a comfortable sofa (sleeping 2) and a large flat-screen TV above the fireplace. The living room also has a dining area with a table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to six guests. The property features two spacious bedrooms, each of which is equipped with comfortable King beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The property's bathroom is modern and fully equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and all the necessary amenities, including towels, shampoo, and soap. The property's kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Parking is on the right hand side and you can park underneath the carport. You will be walks away from the most beautiful Lagoon and trails as well as a small boutique grocery store. A quick 2-min drive will take you to the Heart of Downtown with all the shopping & dining. Anchorage is a foodie town - feel free to ask us for any recommendations. :) Getting Around: There is Taxi service, ride share, and car rentals available during your stay in Anchorage Other Things to Note: We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. After traveling all day, it was great to sleep in comfortable beds! It was nice to have a covered carport since it was raining when we got there. The place was clean. It is a great size to stay for several days. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful as we were on vacation for 2 weeks. The only thing I could suggest was to have more pillow options. We've stayed overnight at a number of rental houses and this house, South Addition in Anchorage, was our best experience ever. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in an area close to Westchester Lagoon and trails leading out to the coast. It was easy to find and easy to access. The interior is exactly as pictured and described ... beautifully furnished and incredibly clean. The kitchen was amply supplied with essential cooking wares and all appliances functioned properly. We all slept especially well in the clean, super comfortable and spacious king size beds. And our host for the rental house was quick to respond to any and all questions leading up to our stay and afterwards as well, which provided us with an added measure of assurance that all was going as intended. Two bedrooms are great size with good quality. Bathroom is very good. Kitchen is good, albeit tight for more the. One person. The kitchen could use more than 4 plates and other dishes. In addition, the table only has four chairs, but the unit can sleep six with the pull-out couch. Overall, excellent property in a very quiet neighborhood with good parking g and easy access.
