The place was very cute and clean. I didn’t receive check-in instructions. I tried several times contacting the host through the VRBO app. After arriving it was still unclear how to get in. I called the customer help line in the VRBO app and was connected to a representative of Vacasa. She was incredibly rude. We were eventually able to get into the property and enjoy our time. It is extremely frustrating that your are charged more then the room rate for a cleaning fee and you are expected to remove your trash and drive it to a dumpster off site. I was still never contacted by the host which has never happened to me before. I would still recommend staying here. I would just make sure to call them if you don’t receive instructions before driving down. ##### Jade R. We did have a sunny afternoon/evening where we would have appreciated a couple of camp chairs to sit out in the sun in the driveway and enjoy a beverage, but other than that, the place was perfect. This property has another rental (the larger house) but we found it to be quiet and private, in a neighborhood closer to town but nice and quiet. We didn't really use the kitchen but it has a lot of cooking utensils and would be a great place to cook a meal. Only suggestion for other visitors: bring your own coffee grounds and supplies for morning coffee, there is a coffee maker with built in filter. ##### Anna B.
