The house includes three master suites and two children's bedrooms with full over full bunk beds. On the main floor, there's a cal-king master bedroom with an ensuite, another cal-king master bedroom, and a children's bunk bedroom. The cal-king master and the bunk bedroom share the main floor hallway bathroom. There's another master bedroom with direct access to the upstairs hallway bathroom and a children's room in the loft area. The loft area also includes a full bed and sectional sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with a 43' LCD TV, and the bedding is of high quality from Pottery Barn or equivalent quality. The home has three bathrooms, with two located downstairs and one upstairs. All bathrooms feature upgraded granite countertops, travertine floors, and custom tile inlays in the showers. The downstairs hallway bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The spacious kitchen boasts granite countertops, custom white paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Two dining room tables, each seating six people, and additional seating at the kitchen countertop. The main living room features a large sectional with a queen sleeper and high-speed wireless internet. The garage, located off the living room, houses the game room, including ping pong, pool, and air hockey. Strollers, pack 'n plays, a high chair, and booster seats for infants and toddlers are also available. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided. The alarm on the main door to the pool was a little frustrating as it meant my 8 yr old needed someone to open the door for her each time but I understand why the alarm was needed. It has all the amenities, and we didn’t have any issues, so we didn’t need to call for any assistance. The pool & backyard were immaculate, one of the cleanest we’ve experienced with previous rentals. The house was only a 5-10 min drive to Disneyland parking and was easy to get back & forth. Our group included our five kids and their partners; 10 of us in total. The house was clean and comfortably accommodated everyone, and there was even enough table space for all of us at mealtimes. The beds were comfortable and they even had set up a Christmas tree. It’s a quick Uber ride to Disneyland. The only downsides to our stay was that the hot tub malfunctioned and we were looking forward to a soak after a long day. The do require you to wash all your towels, which is kind-of a pain, so be aware of that. Overall, I would recommend this house and I would stay there again. ##### Kendra J. The house was a perfect alternative to a hotel especially because we could get the kids to bed then relax in the hot tub. With the city rules we did come in by 10, but we would have enjoyed staying out longer. The city rules are what they are. The rules of the house felt like a lot but they actually made everything clear and straightforward. The beds were comfortable and having King beds in 3 rooms was a plus. Jan 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Close to the Parks, Tons of space, Perfect for families We drove 8hrs to get to this location, and as soon as we entered we felt like we were at home. It was a beautiful home, very spacious. We didn't get to use the pool/spa because we were at the Parks all day, but it was heated to a very nice temp. I had arrived a bit earlier than expected and we were able to communicate with LaDonna and check in sooner which was great. All communications were promptly responded to so we were able to get to relax mode quickly. Large enough kitchen for cooking and the garage playroom was an hit. As far as location its very quiet area with the exception of the fireworks from the park. As close as it was, taking an Uber was a better deal than driving and parking. Wonderful garage filled with pool table ping pong and foosball. Our only regret was not being able to enjoy the property more because we were at Disney which we were delighted that we were back and forth so easily because of our close proximity. Very quiet neighborhood right off a major street. Grocery nearby. Furnishings in top notch condition. Beds, bedding, towels were all plentiful. Thank you!! We will return!!! ##### Cindy E. Plenty of space for all to spread out. The heating and cooling system in the house is quite loud as is the alarm when you step out the back patio where the pool is located. For our shorter household members hitting that alarm every time they had to open the door was a little challenging. The kitchen was great and the pool and hot tub were much enjoyed. The home is a short Uber or Lyft ride to Disney. The street was very quiet and there is a lovely Mexican grocery store within walking distance. ##### Ruth L. Each person had their own room for some quiet time. We went to Disneyland for about 4-5 hours and then came home for a little pool time and naps and then returned to Disneyland. It worked out great. It is only about a 10 minute / $10 Uber ride to and from Disney. Check in and check out were simple and they were very accomodating.
