It’s a great hotel, really, and if you need to stay decently close to Disneyland in a place that has a nice pool (but no hot tub, but huge bathtubs) and comfy beds, then choose this one. This review is more about the poor service we received when we checked in. There was one person at the desk, with a long line, and it took forever. Only to be told that only one room was available. It don’t matter that they have a guaranteed 4:00 check in as they kept apologizing to us that they were behind. A whole 2 hours later when we went back to the desk, they still didn’t have a room for us, until I pushed the issue, and low and behold, she magically found the room right beside us was empty! The constant apologizing and excusing was frustrating. No compensation was offered other than a few free coffees for the next day. The restaurant was also closed on the days we were there and the options around the hotel are really poor. Unless you drive, you aren’t eating well. You also pay a $30 resort fee per day that can go toward food for the day, but when some places are closed you’re limited only to their open bar/restaurant in the lobby. So, it’s a nice place, we were just not impressed with the service or the food options. Cheers.
