* Large Swimming Pool to enjoy Southern California weather (note: there's a $100/day fee for heating the jacuzzi, $150/day for heating the pool or $200/day fee for heating both the Pool AND jacuzzi. Please also note that both cannot be heated at the same time and pool heating requires at least 48 hrs advance notice! The pool can't be heated between November - February, but jacuzzi heating is available year round)
* Big parking space - parks 5-7 cars. RVs are NOT allowed

Great Location and Amenities
Had a wonderful stay at this property in April 2024. It had everything we needed for cooking and hanging out at the pool/hot tub. We were five adults and two children and there were enough bedrooms and space so it never felt crowded or that we were in each other's way. Quick drive (or relatively short walk to the tram if you're willing) to Disney. It's a surprisingly quiet area with not much traffic. Easy drive to the stores and restaurants or other areas that aren't Disney. We were able to watch the Disney fireworks from the property so that was a bonus. Angela is very responsive and accommodating. The house rules are very reasonable and did not feel overwhelming or restrictive. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was large and had plenty of room. We also felt it was clean and pretty much had everything we needed. It was close enough for us for Disneyland, even though we drove each day to using the parking structure. We would stay again

Weekend getaway
Back patio bench at picnic table we were having breakfast outside sat down on bench and fell through it. I didn’t hurt myself I’m not a heavy person so I don’t know how I fell through hopefully I’m not charged for this. Also while checking out cleaners arrived at 9:30 we were out of house by ten am but still in driveway till 10:07 am that’s when we left. All in all had a wonderful time except the bench going out on me. Thank you for letting our family stay in your home. Sincerely Lisa

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a comfy space for a group of people.

Great place to stay with big family
Overall house was great, a lot of space for a big family. Outside has fruit trees in the yard gated pool area. About 1/2 mile away from Disneyland parks, no doubt you can walk but we drove because there too many of us and little ones to be walking to the parks. Only a few minor things like tv remotes batteries were dead had buy new for a few of them. Went out to use bbq grill which is propane, tank was empty had to take to buy a new refilled tank, but other than that it was a nice stay. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and would stay there again.

What a beautiful, spacious, family oriented rental! The pictures do not do it justice. This house is a few blocks from Disneyland. But for those days were you want to enjoy a day at the pool, this property has a great secure fence around the pool for safety and so much grass area for kids to run around and play. We will definitely be adding this property to our favorites list!

Very nice home!
I found the house and property to be exactly what was stated in the listing! It was very clean and located within walking distance to Disneyland! The pictures on VRBO do not show how perfectly this house is set up, especially for large families. Pictures do not do this home justice! Would definitely stay here again!

What an awesome house!
Booked this house for a family of 10 and this house was perfect for us! With the pool, the hottub, the swing, ping pong table, bbq grill and such a large yard, there was something for everybody! the kitchen was nicely stocked with every day needs. It is just a short distance to disneyland, grocery store and walmart or target. The beach is only 25 minutes away. Altho we had zero issues at the house i did touch base with the host and she was always quick to respond. We will definetly try and book this house again when we go back to disneyland!

First VRBO Experience
First time renting a vacation home. Searched and read reviews for over a week. Very happy with my choice! Location of this home was perfect for our plans. Didn't know if we would utilize the pool all the much, but we actually did and my adult children enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Owner was very responsive. Only thing I would have liked was that all beds would have been queen size. Two of the rooms were double beds but not a deal breaker as we only spent three nights at the house.

Overall great experience
The property is great. It was very clean and I had no problem with the property other than the pool. I did think paying $100/day is excessive to have the pool heated. And if you want the hot tub, you pay an additional fee (I think). The ambient temperature was too cool, so we couldn’t use the pool. When offered the hot tub, it sounded like there are kinks with the hot tub, so I skipped. I’m not sure what gas’s prices are in the SoCal area, but most rental unit I have used will charge a large up front fee to get it to the temperature, but after the price is normally $20/day…at least in Palm Springs. They did refund the other days I was supposed to have the pool heated and they were very attentive. Overall a great location if you are going to Disneyland. If I would have realized how close, I probably would have found a ride share rather than prepaying the parking. The living room couches were so comfortable and there wasn’t lint/junk between the cushion, which I was very happy. Again, I thought it was a very clean property. I will defiantly book this property again. On one final item, check out was at 10AM. I was with my parent and nephew, so I know it wouldn’t be a problem, but 10AM is a bit early to ask people to leave the property. 11AM is pretty normal, but again, I would stay there again. Last call-out, I would recommend putting a sticker on the recycling versus garbage, the two bins looked very similar—maybe I’m color blind, but I could tell the difference. Pleasant place to stay. Within walking distance of disney and downtown disney and short drive to the beach. Very clean, owner was very responsive and if unavailable, made sure someone was available at all times. We absolutely loved all the fruit trees and the hige back yard, plenty of room for yard games and grilling. Would highly recommend staying here.

Roomie but Frustrating stay
We were in town to marry off our daughter. A lot to do and needed a good, helpful and relaxing space Positives: huge yard, lots of space, responsive owner to ALL the concerns. Negatives: The house smelled bad all week, beds are extremely hard, had to deal with a TV and remotes that ended up never working right, dealt with ants even when we were vigilant to not leave things out, dishwasher did not work properly, no ice maker, had to RENT from owner a high chair and a pac n play 😠, property security gate broken entire week, one couch did not recline, NOT enough outlets that work, kitchen is very ill equipped. Owner responded to my msgs but none of these issues were fixed. If you are coming to town to go to Disneyland and not spend a lot of time in or cook in the house, then it’s the house for you (if you can sleep on the beds).

Spacious and convenient
We were happy with the property and enjoyed how spacious the house was. Getting to the park was easy either by driving and using the parking garage or Uber. The house was clean and a good remodel, but needs new windows throughout as many were inoperable or didn’t shut all the way. The yard was absolutely gigantic and I wished we would have booked more time to just relax at the house with our family.

The property was very spacious and and updated. However, the property was COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. We found crumbs and hair in the top bunk, and a dirty sock in a twin bed. We took pictures but that wasn't enough proof for the landlord, he refused to give us back our cleaning fee of $250 for a $2600 stay. Had to refill all the soap bottles as they were empty, ran out of toilet paper (they didn't supply extras), showed up and a conditioner bottle was empty (not a big deal but just on top of everything), the shower mat in the master bathroom had hair and dirt around suction cups and left us 3 garbage bags for a 6 day stay. Harrassed me when I contacted him about the state of the house. Repeatedly called me a liar even though I had photo proof said since the beds had our stuff on them and body imprints it was our mess. Wouldn't the body imprints prove our point that it the sheets were not changed? But I guess not to him. Don't know why he wasn't upset, because the cleaning company I am sure he is paying to clean the house, is not doing what he is paying them to do. I have 5 stars as a guest from the other places I have stayed so this isn't just me being a bad guest. If this still doesn't detract you from staying, call him IMMEDIATELY when you see an issue. Do not move another inch, if you have to put the kids back in the car so they don't disturb anything DO IT, as he will say it is your mess. Do not unload, do a NEAT walk through to make sure everything is clean. Good luck.
