Our home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are three master suites, two with Cal king beds and one with a Queen—all with private bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, custom-paneled vanities, and travertine tile. The showers have been custom-designed with travertine/marble inlays. The two children's rooms have full-over-full bunk beds. The children's rooms have access to a full bath in the hallway. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. All bedrooms have a 43-inch plasma TV. The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, paneled cabinetry, and black appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, and microwave. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The open-concept dining and family room provide plenty of space to entertain. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The glass sliding door opens to the deck and pool area. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun on our scored concrete deck surround — plenty of seating on our outdoor patio set and loungers. Natural gas BBQ grill. The game room in the detached garage has a STIGA ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat. This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee for a pool heated to 82. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking. A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking. This home was fantastic, we have a big family 6 kids (ages12-23) . This home was perfect for us. 4 bathrooms made our lives easier. We always had hot water for showers. The game room was spacious, the kitchen is well stocked with essential cookware. The pool was private and beautiful! We did disney & knott's berry farm, which were minutes away, universal was a reasonable drive away. Check out was easy.Had a wonderful week, thank you! ##### Krystal S. Everyone had their own space and it was nice to have so many full bathrooms. The location is perfect for getting to Disneyland and taking a break midday, if needed. Everyone had their own area and we had two couples so it was nice to have two primary’s separate from the other rooms. We had an issue with the alarm right away, but it was operator error on our part and we never had another problem. Our last night we also had a treat of being able to see the Disney fireworks from the back yard. ##### Meghan A. We stayed here instead of each getting hotel rooms. There are 3 private suites which was nice. There are ALOT of restrictions. I don’t think I would bring kids here even though it’s super close to Disneyland. You can’t make any noise outside from 10pm to 9am even though there is a pool. No music allowed outside. Remotes have to be returned to a basket or a $100 fine will be assessed. Things like that. These weren’t issues for our 3 professionals, but would be tough with kiddos. Overall, would recommend for adults. ##### Keith B. We had King Beds with masters for the adults and bunks for the kids.
