This 2025 new build offers modern amenities, homestyle comfort, stylish touches, and unbelievably easy access to everything in town! Mere blocks from downtown Anaconda, Old Works Golf Course, Washoe Park, the hospital, and more! Easily walk to experience all this charming/historic town has to offer! Fish in town or at either lake! Hit the slopes! Hunt or hike! Stroll the park! See the history alongside the new! This is a one-bedroom, one-bath unit in a brand-new duplex centrally located to everything Anaconda has to offer. Both sides of the duplex face different directions so you'll feel like you have a house all your own. Enjoy a short walk (or a very short drive) to downtown shopping, eateries, breweries, wine bars, and...bar bars (don't skip the Art-Deco Club Moderne). The historic Washoe Theater and sprawling Washoe Park are just a few blocks beyond that. Walk, fish, or sit and enjoy Warm Springs Creek just across the street. Anaconda was a bustling town in the mid-1900s and we've decided to pay homage with (updated) midcentury decor. Enjoy sipping coffee, tea, wine or a dry martini in the velvet chair or on the leather sofa, with a glowing fireplace and big mountain views out massive front windows. There's a full kitchen with all the cookware, tableware, and utensils you'll need to cook full meals at home. Coffee and tea are here for you as well as wine glasses, coupes, and a cocktail shaker! The home Has: Queen memory foam bed, futon sofa (single), wi-fi, HDTV, full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat/AC, pots/pans/place settings, coffee maker, luxurious shower (no bathtub), pantry items, tea and coffee. \*This is a brand new build finished in winter. Spring will allow us to add a few more amenities. Coming this spring: new exterior paint, deck with seating and firepit, off-street parking, and landscaping. The Area: MT Hwy 1 is an unbelievably scenic highway connecting to I-90 in two places: just west of Butte and again at Drummond, less than an hour east of Missoula. Hwy 1 will take you from Anaconda to Silver Lake, recreation-rich Georgetown Lake, Discovery Basin Ski Area, and historic Philipsburg, MT, and lead you to an amazing amount of area to explore. What to do from here: \*Warm Springs Creek is just across the street! The public walking path starts about 2 blocks west of here. \*Minutes from downtown shopping/restaurants \*Smelter City Brewery \*Bighorn Wine Bar \*4 blocks from Washoe Park - big trees, kids play areas, public pool, Warm Springs Creek, Goosetown Softball Tournament, Art in the Park \*Jack Niklaus's Old Works Golf Course is just down the street! \*4 Blocks from the hospital \*2 blocks to the bowling alley \*10 min to Fairmont Hot Springs/golf course \*20 min to Georgetown Lake - amazing fishing, boating, camping, etc. \*20 min to the Old Montana Prison, Classic Auto Museum \*20 min to Butte, MT \*30 min to Discovery Basin Ski Area \*30 min to the Big Hole River-blue ribbon fishing \*40 min to historic Philipsburg, MT (great history, candy store, brewery, and summer concert) \*40-50 min to Flint Creek and world-famous Rock Creek \*1.5 hrs to Missoula or Bozeman- if going to Missoula, take scenic Hwy 1 through Philipsburg and Drummond. \*2.5 hrs to West Yellowstone/Yellowstone National Park \*3.5 hrs to Glacier National Park PETS: One pet is allowed in the house. There will be an extra pet cleaning fee paid upfront. Please disclose your pet at booking. You are required to bring a pet bed or sleeping surface. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bed. Owners are responsible for all damage. If pets are not disclosed at booking, the pet fee will double. I know that sometimes it's impossible to keep small dogs off the furniture.
