Tram stop Keizersgracht is only a 2-minute walk and offers easy access to other areas, including Amsterdam Central Station. The penthouse features a private roof terrace overlooking a beautiful courtyard, original wooden beams, and a sloping roof, adding to its unique charm.  
  
In the living room, you'll find a spacious red lounge sofa, vibrant colors, and murals that reflect the abstract expressionism.
