The staff greeted us with kindness. The room was clean but they do need to work on repairing broken items in the room before booking the room out again. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the golden temple and only a 25 minute car ride to Amritsar airport. I would definitely book again.

We stayed in room 407. Room was good , spacious and great location. But the health faucet in the toilet was not functioning properly. Even after raising a complaint, it was not rectified. The shower gel in the bath area was not filled up. These made our stay a little uncomfortable.

GM, Mr Sachin was extremely wonderful and very accomodating. The staff were generally nice. Laundry were good too... May need into bedlinen, towels and bathroom cleanliness. Will come back again

They over charged me money in the name of upgrade. Even thought they never told me about the charges. The bathroom smell horrible. I felt like vomiting. Not good for old people who could not do stairs. My parents are old. And they have a lot of stairs.
