There are 2 ensuite bathrooms.
Both bathrooms boast a geyser for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests' convenience.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

This magnificent pool measures 12x24 ft. and is 5 ft. deep, providing ample space for guests to enjoy a refreshing swim.
Accessible from 9 AM to 11 PM, you can enjoy a leisurely swim or simply bask in the sun on the comfy loungers and daybeds that flank the pool.

LAWN
Step into the heart of this eclectic farmhouse in Amritsar and discover the magical 1200 sq. ft. lawn that will take your breath away.
This cosy lawn is a true gem, adorned with al fresco seating arrangements that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
It's the perfect place to stroll and if you're in the mood for some outdoor fun, it is quite ideal for a BBQ-Bonfire delight or an exciting game.

BAR

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day.
- A barbecue kit can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.
- Events and small parties can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost.
- Amenities such as iron, torch, and indoor-outdoor games can be accessed by the guests for no additional cost.

HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS
- Please note that the pool remains closed in the winter, starting from October 15th to April 1st 2024.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- The property is located in a secluded area.
- In case of a power outage, the 2 KVA inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 5 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and exterior areas for security purposes.
- The stay is part of a gated society.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Guests will need to pay a security deposit ranging from Rs. 5,000 to 20,000. However, during the occasion of an event, the security deposit will increase accordingly.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees.
- Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property.
- Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
