About this space  
Sochoro II is a ground floor apartment in a newly built house 2020 with panoramic views of the port of Katapola. Located in a private field with olives, figs. It is about 100 m from the beach (2 minutes). A private road leads to the house.  
It consists of two rooms one bedroom and and one siting room with kitchen capable to sleep another two people, and a space bathroom. The total area of apartment is ​​56.6 m2 plus a terrace of 10 m2 with a pergola. It has private parking. In less than 5 minutes you will find beach, bakery, cafe, bar, mini market, taverns, gym etc ".  
  
The design target was to create a holiday house with a minimal and masculine interior to contrast with the panoramic views of the sea and sunset that house provide.
