Parfait
Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Propre, service au top, petit déjeuner excellent. Bonne situation géographique. Pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue devant en toute sécurité.

Le séjour était excellent, je le conseille a toute personne voulant être proche de la vieille ville tout en étant dans un hôtel délivrant une très bonne prestation. Je recommande ! 😊

À éviter
Très mauvaise expérience... Hôtel à éviter. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée n'était pas celle réservée (lits simples au lieu de double, vue sur un mur plutôt que sur la ville), la salle de bains n'avait (vraiment) pas été nettoyée, la réception n'a été d'aucune aide. Malgré la non possibilité d'un remboursement, nous avons quitté l'hotel sans y passer la nuit (une grande première !).

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 3 nuits. J'avais réservé via Expedia une chambre double deluxe. Quand je suis arrivée, on m'a donné une chambre standard située au 2e étage avec 2 lits simples et vue sur le mur du batiment d'en face. Je suis allée à la réception pour leur expliquer que ce n'était absolument pas la chambre que j'avais réservé et ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire pour moi et qu'il n'y avait plus aucune chambre disponible. J'ai alors contacté Expedia pour annuler ma réservation. Avant de procéder à l'annulation, mon interlocuteur m'a demandé d'attendre car il allait contacté l'hôtel. Comme par enchantement le manager m'a appelé pour me proposer de choisir parmi 3 chambres. J'en ai choisi une, mais encore une fois ce n'était pas celle réservée à la base. Le principal est que nous avons finalement trouvé une solution. La chambre était spacieuse, bien agencée et la salle de bains avait été rénovée récemment. Le petit dej est assez simple. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Hotel simple mais très bien. A 15 Min à pied de la vieille ville. Accueil très bien. Déjeuner vraiment top. Le personnel est très gentil.

Bon hôtel, rien à redire. Personel très serviable. Chambre propre et confortable. Pas très loin du centre ville. Standing très supérieur à ce que l'on peut trouver dans l'hyper centre d'Amman.

Nettes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück ("...probably the best omelette in middle east..."). Die Innenstadt von Aman ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen... Parken ist vor dem Hotel möglich. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

At check in, I was given a room different from my reservation, after going back to the Reception, I was escorted back to another room, it had 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, so the employee that escorted me took me back to the lobby because he didn't want to give me a room for 3, we went back to the reception, got another room key fob and went back to the 3rd floor, escorted by the same employee and finally gave me the room. Very bad and tiring check-in experience. Also, the room I had, had back sound isolation.

Good location and service
This was a good hotel. Location was ok (20 minutes' walk to the mall and 30 minutes to the downtown. Keep on mind that Amman is all uphills and downs). What I liked the most were people. The 2 guys that I was in touch with during those days were very kind and polite. Always wanting to help. Hotel was clean We got there at 5AM, and the guy wanted to charge us one night more just for a few hours, but he said that we could talk to the manager the day after. We did, and the manager was able to help us. I'd recommend the hotel though. Could be better: Breakfast didn't start on time sometimes, and that made us be 15ish minutes late for hour plans There's not a full view mirror in the room, so I couldn't see my outfits until I went to the first floor I wish they have chairs in the room. We had to eat there once and we had no choice than eating on the floor to avoid messes on the bed. (We were on rush and had no time to ask for chairs or go to the restaurant) Shower doesn't have a door or curtain, so it was always a mess after we took a shower. I'd fix that too.

Very Nice! Highly Recommended
Very friendly staff. Very clean. Highly recommend. It’s a little bit away(1.5 mile and taxi cost 1.5 JOD= app. 2 us $from main shopping center ). Quite and peaceful area. One will not be disappointed. Receptionists Amani and Ahmad were courteous and helpful. I booked it for one night and decided to stay for three more but third night got fully booked and owner arranged for another of his hotel.

i called the front desk during the daytime to fix some issues but the maintenance staff doesn't show up till midnight. Imagine as a female, when someone knocks your room after midnight, I have to refuse the service specially if the Maintenace guy is a male....the funniest thing is it happened several times and i have no option but to refuse to let him in

The hotel is located quite close to the city’s attractions. The room was ready before the check-in time and I appreciated that. The hotel has a nice lobby. The room is spacious but its window is facing a wall. There is free bottle of water in the room. The staff provided me complimentary breakfast. The free WiFi connection in the room was very weak.
