The hotel is situated right next to a very busy street and the Bazar = This means a lot of noise until late night! But Room was clean and breakfast is served on seventh floor, with a fantastic view :0)
Lovely, clean hotel in a perfect location for discovering downtown Amman. All staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Highly recommended for a stay in the centre of Amman
Great hotel in the centre of the old town and so close to everything. Staff, service, prompt replies to queries and the link to a car and driver were great. This has made my stay in Jordan seamless.
The location is good, it is close to Citadel, and also surrounding by local markets, shops and local resturants. The hotel ambiance is nicer than in the photos on Hotel.com. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the stay!
This is in easy walking reach to local downtown shopping and Hashems street restaurant. On the night we arrrived, Jordan secured a spot in the World Cup so happiness and partying in town was running rife. Parking was abut if a challenge but the desk clearly sorted it for us. Breakfast was basic but good. Facilities a little old but very fair and comfortable for the price
A nice hotel with basic amenities located in the hustle bustle of Jordan. It was a fairly easy drive from the airport and a decent day. The staff were particularly nice. It’s recommendable. Not overly fancy but efficient.Great stay
Very nice hotel, great location, near to the historical sites and the old town (market, restaurants etc.). The staff was professional and nice. The breakfast was well furnished. The only critic I have is about the size of the bathroom.

The hotel is in Amman downtown and the location is good. Walking distance to shopping and attractions. Hotel staff are super kind and responsive. The hotel facility is a bit old and thin walls. Breakfast seems complimentary butno sure why Ii had to pay extra for the breakfast when making the reservation expedia.
I loved staying here. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Best sleep I had all vacation. It is noisy outside because this hotel is in the heart of Amman. But thats what I loved. I could walk to rainbow street, the souk amd all the shops in the area. The noise from the traffic stops around 10pm. Which didnt bother me because Im still awake at that time.
The staff was very frielndly and helpful. I will definately be back!
Very cute hotel! I loved my room, super spacious and well-decorated. Felt very unique compared to the big-name/chain hotels!
The breakfast buffet was also a bonus, and had everything you could want.
The staff was also really sweet and helpful!
This was my first time traveling to Jordan and traveling on my own which can be stressful (especially as a female traveler), but Jordan was very safe, and everyone spoke some level of English (many fluent, others enough to get by) which made my experience a lot easier.
This hotel is also located in a very central, and busy area. This is great if you intend to walk around downtown Amman rather than drive, or if you're solo-traveling and don't want to be stuck off some sketchy, quiet, and dark street.
A great value hotel. I do about 150 hotel nights a year and this service was up near the top. Always friendly and available. Location was good for the markets and transit. Clean and functional rooms. Airport driver offered. The only critisizm of this and any low budget hotel is that the other guests do not always follow socially acceptable rules (ie quietness in common areas). The hotel cannot always control this. Take home is that I would here again if I was looking for an inexpensive hotel option in Aman.
Ahmed at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. He allowed me and others to leave our luggage then after checkout and come back to grab our stuff a few hours later. That was very convenient since it allowed me to spend more time exploring the city and not have to head to the airport directly. Hotel room was very clean and had basic needs. Price was fair but given the location (walking distance to all major historical attractions in Amman), it was a very good deal. The hotel is on a busy street with lots of activity, that could be a positive if you want a real feel for the chaotic Amman life or a negative if you are noise sensitive and do not like busy areas. Will certainly stay here again when in Amman again.
