I liked the hotel and staff. My only feedback is that they did not enforce the no smoking policy in the non smoking floor where I stayed. This improved in the latter half of my stay but would advise them to advise their smoking guests not to smoke in the non smoking floors.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. Check-in staff and staff in general were nice and pleasant to deal with. That's the only positive thing I could say about our stay at this property. The family suite we booked and stayed in looked nothing at all like the photo used on Expedia booking. The room and all amenities, furnitures, etc are extremely dated and in poor overall condition. The a/c did not work well at all and ventilation in general was very poor, and the small of stale cigarette smoke persisted throughout our stay. Multiple platters of room service leftovers sat unattended to in a stairwell and were not cleared by housekeeping staff for the 2 nights we stayed there. Our room had an electrical plug that may have been to code for Jordan, but nowhere else, looking like it could short and spark an electrical fire at any moment. The cord to the iron was crimped to the wire and shoddily repaired with packing tape. Overall, we cut our stay short at this hotel and rebooked at the Four Seasons, which was more than we were looking to spend however was necessary as I could not in good conscience expect my family to stay another night at this property. Would definitely NOT recommend.
