« J'ai été réellement déçu par cet hôtel et notamment par la mauvaise qualité du service, plus de 20 mn pour faire un check-in, par le manque de propreté (des miettes de pain étaient la a mon arrivée et toujours la a mon départ, toilettes sales) et par la cherté des services (un verre de vin coute 7 euros au restau. »

« Room was clean - room housekeeping is done quite early in the morning. Bathroom needs some scrubbing in the corners since there was mould. A few stains on the floor and walls. Wasn't able to choose non-smoking room on your site, so I thought they would ask me upon arrival, but didn't. Being a bit sensitive to cigarette smell, the mattress reeked of tobacco a bit, which bothered me the first night... Helpful and friendly staff. Disappointing breakfast: flat bread was served cold, za'atar...

« Merci à Emad pour son accueil. Cet hôtel est top, le personnel est très sympatique et serviable. Très pro, hotel très propre et beau. Le spa est gratuit pour les résidents de l'hotel avec un espace sauna et hammam homme et femme séparés. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et propres. La proximité avec un grand boulevard fait qu'on entend le bruit des voitures, lègrement bruyant.
