"The hotel is new therefore everything from bed, pillows to towels are new. Unfortunately they charge $20 for the parking. And when I called I was told there wasn't a charge (I saw people claimed about this fee in reviews)"

"The hotel is beautiful,great location,very clean and room was beautiful. What I didn't like ? We couldn't get into our room until almost 6:30, even though check in is 4:00. The staff was rude, and we were given keys to a room occupied by someone else. We finally found the manager who went up to our assigned room to inspect it, and gave us the key.Not even an apology. There were many people waiting, including an elderly woman with a walker. The three sisters cafe was great. Great food,reasonably priced and excellent service. Casino was nice and very clean.Hotel is a convenient location minutes from the falls. This is my first negative review. We will not stay there again."

"Pool and hot tub are amenities we look for at a hotel. We stay at this hotel everytime we stay in the area and we have always dealt with Lorne who is by far the nicest desk clerk we have ever encountered and always look forward to seeing him! He is truly an asset to your company."

"Check in was smooth. Clerk was very polite and respectful. She even gave us great directions to an event we were attending later that night. Hotel was very clean. Pool was a little cold. Stay was great for one night. "
