It suited our needs for the three nights we stayed there. The location was a little remote with a 30 minute drive to most facilities and meals, although it was late in the season and hadn't appreciated the distances involved in touring Kangaroo Island. The Queen bed was comfortable, however, there was very little water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink. It was very quiet as the villa was in the bushland. The villa's are more like cabins. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were looking forward to resting on these after long travelling days. Unfortunately, when we were given another property, with wooden single chairs. Not comfortable at all. The property owner mentioned she was changing the booking an upgrading us to another property. But the lack of couches definitely felt like a downgrade and not an upgrade. We thought about using the laundry but it looked dirt and needing some TLC. The blinds in the bedroom were falling apart and it was hard to open them without fetting unhook from the rail. Overall, this property was not an upgrade. Its a shame as with some TLC the property had some positives. There was no one at the property when we arrived to welcome us. (We may have been sent an email with instructions but I must have missed it.) We called the posted cell number and the call was dropped, then drove out to another property 1 km away and finally found someone to help us. The cabin had been left open and the key on the table! GRRR! The cabin was nicely set up. Somewhat comfortable but not like in the photo. The property was tricky to find, hidden off the road. Have everything that you need for your stay here. There is nothing available nearby. The reception was hard to find. Couldn't get through their landline , and Kim's mobile was never been answered, just texted back after a while. Not responsive to their customers. We booked two cabins. One wasn't ready while we arrived. One cook stove, one external cooking pan, and outdoor bbq were not working. The facilities are pretty run down. When we arrived, rang the number to gain access to the cabin, reception told us that the property manager would ring us back with the details. After an hour of waiting we rang again to be told the same thing, still no answer from the manager. The only reason we managed to get access to our cabin was because the cleaner was there getting it ready and she let us in, which is not part of her job. Dann eine zweite Adresse wo man eincheckt, dort war geschlossen, "sorry we are closed". Zurück in die Anlage und alle Zimmer und Cabins abgegangen und eine offene Tür gesucht. Letztendlich haben wir Cabin 2 mit offener Tür vorgefunden. Die haben wir dann einfach bezogen ohne zu wissen ob das richtig ist. Das ganze hat mehrere Stunden gedauert, somit war ein Nachmittag verloren. Die Cabin 2 haben wir dann behalten. Am nächsten Morgen kam die Managerin Tash und hat sich ganz lieb mit einem Glas Honig entschuldigt. Die Cabin war komplett ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer sehr eng, das Badezimmer viel zu klein.
