A newly renovated studio apartment with all the amenities you will need nestled in a quiet neighborhood with great walking and bike riding. Perfect for a single or couple retreat. Close to downtown, restaurants, and shops. Private parking. Relaxing. We are also pet friendly and the property has a small fenced dog run (through the gate that has "woof").

Trash bin is located just southeast of the property (in alleyway).

Artful, cozy, quiet. It was easy to get to and easy to regain our highway route!The home was very clean and the host was absolutely so helpful and responsive. We arrived at sunset and left in the morning so visiting the area was not part of our journey lan but we will stay here again when we travel through next time.

We had a great one night stay at this cozy cottage loft in Amarillo. Our host, Tennessee, was super responsive & the amenities provided were perfect. If our travels ever take us to back to Amarillo, we will for sure stay again. And our pup, Ziggy, enjoyed the stay as well!
