We enjoyed the breakfasts on the terrace and our own shared terrace with a view of the mountains, the town, and the sea. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean for the most part. The rainfall shower head had a leak(adhesive) or something on the corner was allowing water to drip out the side. Other then that no issues. Great staff and service from the manager. He understood English and spoke it well. It is a bit of a walk from the ferry, especially when carrying luggage, but that is what made it perfect. Also helped they have an elevator from the street to the property, which a lot of places in the area lack. It is nicely tucked away from the noise of the crowds in the middle of the day, while still being close enough to be an easy walk down to the waterfront. The breakfast was great and the view over the town while eating it is unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English. The views from the hotel were awesome…and there were a lot of stairs to get that view but there was an elevator! The owner gave us great recommendations for places to eat…we even went to one place twice. We also had an issue with our ferry to Ischia being cancelled due to weather and the owner was able to accommodate us for another night as we had to wait til the next day to leave. Highly recommend! It rained for 12 hours straight one day of our trip but thankfully this hotel had a canopy over their patio overlook the town of Amalfi and the sea. Vi skulle bytte værelse efter to dage grundet overbooking, hvilket gjorde, at vi ikke pakkede ud på det første værelse, og det blev lidt noget rod. På det nye manglede def skabsplads, samt knager til tøjet, samt ophængningsmuligeheder til håndklæderne, men ellers et nydeligt, rent og nyistandsat værelse med gode senge. Dog kom der næsten ingen vand ud af vandhanen på håndvasken (grundet for tynde vandrør i.flg. ejeren), men bruser og toilet virkede upåklageligt.
