« L'hôtel est bien situé pour quelqu'un qui arrive par le train. On n'a que trois pas à faire avec nos valises, littéralement. De là, la Altstadt est juste de l'autre côté du petit pont, et le port est lui-même tout près. La chambre que j'ai eue était grande et bien équipée (frigo et bouilloire en primes) et la vue était magnifique. Malheureusement, on ne m'a pas donné de refill de café pour le deuxième jour et, quand j'ai demandé au comptoir, l'employé en service n'en a jamais trouvé. C'est un...

La chambre etait spacieuse mais super sombre avec deux pauvres demi fenetre sous un toit. Pas vraiment le top. Personnel ne comprenant pas trop l'anglais et peu amene pour aider les clients dans leur sejour »
